Judging from his music, Matt Brown is an old soul. With a voice seasoned by influences such as Ray Charles and Bill Withers and guitar styling steeped in the tradition of Eric Clapton and Stevie Ray Vaughan, Brown’s artistry is filled with as much blue-eyed soul as his baby blue Fender Telecaster, “Stella Blue,” can hold. Based in Nashville, singer-songwriter Brown returns to his hometown for a concert with his trio and special guests. Matt’s signature blend of blues, rock, and soul has won him fans across the country and a record deal with Rock Ridge Music.
