The summer is taking off big time with a number of blues shows happening in Esther Short Park in downtown Vancouver, WA throughout July and August, and many are free. Esther Short Park is located at W 8th & Columbia.

Sunday, July 16: Norman Sylvester Band noon: Norman Sylvester has been performing in the Portland area since 1985. The Band has shared the stage with BB King, James Cotton, Otis Clay, Tower of Power, Peter Frampton, and many more. Their sounds can best be described as a mix of blues, funk and R&B
