The Cascade Blues Association is proud to sponsor the appearances of Shemekia CBA Sponsors Two Speical ArtistsCopeland and Vanessa Collier at this year’s Waterfront Blues Festival. Funds for this were made possible from a generous donation to the CBA from the William Schauer Estate.
