Duffy Bishop & Her Badass Blues Buddies

Duffy Bishop is one of the most beloved artists from the Pacific Northwest, but since she relocated to Florida a couple years back, every visit is highly anticipated each summer, with desire that she and Chris Carlson could stay longer. The shows always sell out.

An inductee in  the Oregon Music Hall of Fame as well as both the Cascade Blues Association and Washington Blues Society Hall of Fames, her show are energetic, entertaining and personal as she will walk right Into the audience to interact with the fans that adore her as much as she does them.

On Friday, August 10, Duffy Bishop, Chris Carlson and some of their “Bad Ass Buddies” will be hitting the stage at Portland’s Alberta Rose Theatre, 3000 NE Alberta Street. She will be joined by her former Seattle-based rhythm section of Dave Jette on drums and Keith Lowe on bass, Portland horn section with Chris Mercer and Brad Ulrich on saxophones and Joe McCarthy on trumpet, and Portland’s Dave Fleschner on keys.

Tickets can be purchased in advance at Ticketbiscuit.com for $20.00. If any tickets remain, they will be $25.00 at the door.  Minors are OK when accompanied by a parent or guardian
